  This company is an absolute joke! I’ve been a customer for many years now and they treat you like dirt. They don’t care about you nor how long of a valued customer you’ve been. They have no flexibility. The company scams you in interest. Please do not do business with them. There are other loan places that are much better, much more professional, flexible, and doesn’t have nearly as high of interest rates as they do. They do not deserve anyones business!!!!!!!!

  We were straight up lied to about a refinance. We were told that if they took over our car loan and added it to our loan, our payments would go down by $200 with the same terms because our interest rate would be lower...and we would get $2k cash out. It somewhat made sense because we got screwed on our car loan and a drastically lower interest rate would do wonders. We show up and the guy we talked to (who we were supposed to see) wasn't there. Waited 45 minutes to get someone to talk to. Another 20 minutes later she tells us what our payments would be and what the cash out was.... Then I asked about the length of the loan. The reason we were saving so much was because they added two and a half years onto the loan. The guy we talked to straight up lied when he said the terms would be the same. Predatory lending at its finest. Edit: The response from One Main below was only sent to make them look better. I reached out immediately and they haven't even acknowledged me. I will edit this review as necessary.

  Straight up scammers . A couple months ago I called and asked to remove one of my cars from my loan how much would I need to pay. Was told 5K and each month I wait the buyout would be lower due to the automatic bi weekly payments . I saved up the money to finally due it . And was told "the policy has changed " the loan has to be paid in full before any vehicles could be released. Stay far far far away from this place . The red flag should have been the emails asking me to refinance and be charged 2K to do it 🤦, this is just a glorified pay day loan place.

  They do not care about their customers! They act “nice” and “professional” so they can get the sale and earn your business. They are not loyal to their exacting, long term customers. They have extremely high interest on the loans no matter how good your credit is. As a long term Customer, please do NOT loan here. Save yourself the headache. Go to Eagle Loan!! I use to go there and they were so accommodating and professional to new and current customers.

  it was straightforward when you take the money. I had to get it from them, got 3800 , payin 7200 back. They are making money from the back of poor. When you can't one month they offer you to pay half of your installment as interest and pay the actual one at the end. Not a great option. And they won't warn you that with one missing payment they will repossess your car. I have to find a way to pay this off and never hi say hi to them again.

  This is my second time using OneMain Financial in order to clear up debts on my credit. I returned to refinance my existing loan and the customer service was just as good as the first time for my original loan. The process is quick and pain free in my opinion and I would recommend for anyone else who is looking to clear up debts and repair their credit!

  I am very disappointed with my service. The lady who works here just had an attitude the whole time like she didn't want to help me. And not to mention she hung up on me because she didn't want to wait for me to look for something! Also I got a call to my work from her and she hung up on them as well because they put her on hold. And I had to jump through hoops to get a pay stub from my PREVIOUS job with didn't make any sense, and I was just the CO applicant. My husband didn't get deeply evaluated like I did. Like she didn't believe the information I gave her. I will not be going back.

  I was told my final pay off paperwork and a refund check (because I over paid on my loan) would be ready for pick up at the Middleburg Hts office on 05/03/2019. Well when I show to pick it up no one knew about the conversation and no notes were put in the computer to follow through with. I was informed that it went in the mail that morning. I then asked if a letter of release (for my title of my car) could be reprinted. At that point it was if I had asked for something that didn't belong to me.... I did receive the letter that I asked for and then left the building. As I'm about to back out of my parking space the guy comes running up to my car and tells me that my refund was being held until the 14th of the month before it was to be sent to me.... That is not what I was told 3 days prior on the phone I was told that I could pick up my refunded over payment and my title release on the 3rd. This is total bs. The excuse was given that the person I spoke with was not in today.... Thanks Onemain. This is very unprofessional blame the person who is off for the day and hold what belongs to me. I'm not a happy person with Onemain at all.

  Rich was my sales rep. He made things happen for me which I did not know were possible. Now my wife can get relief from her arthritis in the walk-in tub we financed! Grateful to One Main!
