  Me and my mom paid a visit to this location. We went in and my mother told them she wanted to buy a .22 or .25 mm handgun. One of the three female clerks said she didn’t feel comfortable selling her a gun because there’s no such thing as a .25mm gun. We left instantly. We didn’t feel comfortable buying a gun from uneducated gun sellers!!!

  I stop in every week or so to see if they have any new games in. Prices are always fair or better. The people behind the counter are always nice and have even lowered prices on a game for me if they thought it was too high. Great store, recommend them 100%.

  They can have 4 people behind the counter and still have you wait with no line. Some of the employees are a little too quick to jumping to an attitude which makes you feel uncomfortable with the job they are doing. A lot will have a conversation with each other before talking to you. They are inconsistent with loan items the accept because of limited space more and more. You will still have to go here though because there is no were else to go.

  Good prices, decent selection, in a nice, open, well lit, pleasant location. Staff can be great, or not so great, depends on the person. I've never had any problems here, and enjoy stopping in to see what they have this week.

  I had called up one day to ask if they take toasters as a pawn and the lady on the phone said yes. I get there telling the lady helping me out that I wanted to pawn my toaster and television for a couple days. She said I could and that I could get them back. I go up there with cash in my hand and they said I had sold my items to them, which I clearly did not. So now I have to be even lucky enough that I can get my stuff back before its gone. Plus, when I was explaining how there was a mix up and my items were not meant to be sold, they all were being extremely rude and unprofessional. Laughing at me while I walked out. I will never walk foot in this place again.

  I’ve been going there for over 4 years and I’ve never had a problem with any staff or products. Friendly and courteous. Will always have my service.

  Long lines rude staff all just part of why I dislike going there. With very limited space to go places I am forced to go here. I call ahead to see on part's and/or items only to be short talked to like I am nothing yet they greet me with a smile as if I am non reg person who dose not know what they need or talk about. I hate it there and never wish to spend my hard earned money again in such a bad place.

  Lindsey at the Elyria one was very respectful and beautiful and made sure she wrapped my baby xbox1 good. I strongly recommend going there. Love Gene

  This is a great place to do business with, very friendly employees and great customer service. I've been doing business with them for at least 6 year's and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
