  Went through the online approval process and was approved with verified income. Then the company puts two hits on my credit, takes 4 days, and then denies my loan. Asked me dumb questions and was generally unpleasant. Do not use OneMain!

  They have always been extremely helpful I recently renewed my loan and worked with Anna in Phoenix she made the whole process extremely easy I would recommend OneMain to anyone

  I'v asked the associates at One Main if they could help and each time they were able to lend me the amount i need , I had three or four high interest debts One main financial was able to consolidate them and save me a lot of interest it was a game changer for me and my family if you need financial help i highly recommended this team.

  They call you and tell you come on in with your great payment history with us you qualify for a new loan. Straight BS. MY birthday and anniversary is this weekend and I only wanted 2000 dollars to take her out for a nice weekend. My wife’s income was 15 dollars away from their cut off point but not if they counted entire years pay checks. Don’t waste your time with this toilet bowl of a loan place. Especially don’t fall for their BS phone calls that say they will loan you money based on your great payment history. LIARS.

  I don't know why there are all these negative reviews. After filling out an online application I went into the office a couple of days later and was approved for my loan. They were very helpful, and explained to me everything that I needed to know before I signed anything at the dotted line. The rates are kind of high, but they were there for me in a jam. If you don't like what they're offering don't sign up for it. Thank you again One Main Financial, I really appreciate it.

  I met one on one with Mary and I was able to walk out having made an appointment ahead of time. With her help we were able to complete everything and when I walked out I knew that my money would be in my account the next day. Mary was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy. I am glad I decided to go there and I would recommend friends. Thank you for your wonderful service.

  I was worried some of the reviews I read but so far so good. My credit score did go up because I consolidated so that's good but I am paying a very high rate. They are very up front about that though and my loan officer was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in showing me what my payments would be and that if I paid more than the minimum I could pay off the loan sooner. I would recommend this branch in Mesa on Lindsey.

  I bought a new car a year ago with a car loan at 20,000$ 431$ a month payments! Been paying that for a year now never missed a payment been on the same job as well! Called one main to see about refinancing my loan and she told me it would be 33% and 625$ a month payments! My credit score is same it was a war ago!! Unbelievable! Criminals!! I didn’t even really need the loan just was calling them to see what they had to offer and obviously their offer was trash! Been on time for a year now you would think they would want my money instead of me giving it to Santander! But oh well!

  These pirates got me, did a loan for 24 hours and now owe em $650 more, sad place. Do not give away yer hard earned money to them DO NOT RECAMEND!!!!!!

  Easy to get a loan here, but they are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Interest charged DAILY. Therefore, forget about paying your loan off early, there is no way to save $$ on interest. Wanted to pay my mom’s car off, but couldn’t, because, they refused to negotiate a pay off, stating that interest can never be reduced. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO BORROW.
