  I was very disappointed when speaking with your agent the other day. I was approved on your web site for $6,000.00 loan thru credit karma and your institution. In speaking with your staff they wanted collateral for this loan (personal). Your policy states under $20,000 no collateral is required. I unfortunately, have been a customer for many years. When we lived in Rochester and now in Arkport (Bath Office.). After my husband died things have been a bit of a struggle financially. He always was better than I am at managing things. She stated she could possibly pay off my car note of $15,000. then use my car as collateral. No way would I do this for 24% interest rate! I am not that stupid. But yet could not even add $ 2-3000 dollar loan to my existing loan of $5,348.44. I will not refer or use your company again. My brother has been an excellent customer for years too!!! He just paid off his loan. I have it directly paid through my checking account, and never missed a payment in all the years with you. I have even paid it off early in some cases. You just lost a good customer.
