  Talia and Sandra made the process super easy and explained everything. Fees are high but with these types of loans they usually are. Overall great experience.

  Its so hard to get in contact with them during their own business hours. I've called several times I've a two week span and left sever voice messages and no one has yet to call me back. My account online does not update. I've had my account for 3 months now and still online its not showing any of my payments. I work far during business hours so its a huge inconvenience for me to come in especially if what I needed help with can be resolved over the phone. When I did attempt to come in, there was a long line and no one at the front desk so I left.

  I was needing to pay off on some of my bills and work on my Credit, I went on line and I was Approved in less than 10 min went down to the off had a check the same day. I was able to pay of a car loan, 3 credit cards, and a bill for $1200, My payments are low and I can send more money a month cause I have less bills to worry about. The Brentwood Location was really helpful and nice. Thank you

  Most friendly people. Helped me with bank afterwards to get check cleared sooner. I had to borrow the maximum on a paid off car. Not sure that is what is best for me as a consumer. I was told I can "make extra payments." Can I pay extra on the principal, however?
