  Steve helped financing our initial purchase as well as 3 more refis and in each case he stayed professional and delivered great results. He was happy to explain details of the loan, provided multiple options and explained how those were different from each other. He was always on top of the process and was open to help even off-hours, so we were able to meet or beat our loan schedule. When mortgage rates falls to zero, I will definitely work with Steve again on the next refi.

  Steve was referred to me by a coworker who had obtained a great mortgage rate for hie home refinancing. I was skeptical at first as I had usually obtained better rates dealing with banks directly rather than through a mortgage broker. Nevertheless Steve proved my concerned unfounded as he came through with a great rate, was responsive and made sure the loan went through even though the lender was giving conflicting information about a home appraisal. I obtained rate quotes from other banks and lenders to compare but Steve managed to get a much better rate. All in all I was very happy with Steve's services during my mortgage refinance in 2020.

  I had my refinancing done with AUE Lending and it’s by far the best experience I’ve had. I’ve already referred a few of my friends and they all chose AUE after looking around.
