Sog Gos4I did not have to wait upon arriving. No one came out to greet me, but the first service advisor was available and was extremely friendly and efficient. The recall work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Chat feature on web site (bot?) seems to serve no purpose. For a service related question, best to just call service dept.

Michelle Hembry1My experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership was great, with that being said, 17 months later I find myself on the side of a busy highway during rush hour traffic broken down for 4 plus hours fue to transmission break down. I pick my car from repair 5 days later to have Jason hand me my keys and tell me they put a new transmission in but I need to give it time to break in. 3 days later I call to tell them its making noise and feels unsafe and it's still under warranty so they need to fix it properly because there's no way the transmission is new. He tells me he never said that to me, he claims to have said it was a like new trani. Absolutely untrue. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supposed service department supervisor tells me "you should've googled this car, honey it's a nationwide problem. You can bring it back if you want but it won't get better unless you drive it atleast 1000 miles but you can look into the buy back program". I have 2 daughters and a special needs toddler that need to be in this car every week and I need to commute for work every day and my family deserves to be safe while doing it. The customer service reps at Ford Fairfield don't seem to care. They were dishonest and responded very non chalantly and frankly sounded put out by my requests. It shouldn't seem like too much to ask that you get what the hard earned money you give to them actually goes to a dependable and safe vehicle. I will be contacting the Ford Motor Company, BBB, and whoever else I need to to bring this out in the open so others don't go through the same experience.

Colin Phelps5First off, I do not like car dealerships. I hate the stereotypical salesmen putting on a show to make a sale. I did not feel that way at all with my Sales Professional, Taurus Hamilton. He was straight forward and honest with me. I would recommend contacting Taurus to anyone looking to buy a new Ford. I bought a Focus Electric and also brought in my old car to trade in. This is the first dealership I have been to where they use Kelly Blue Book to value the trade in. I have been to other dealerships where they just give you a number and do not explain how they came to that number. Greg Johnson valued my car and he took the time to tell me down to the exact dollar why he was giving me that price. I cannot stress how much I appreciated that. I have been told by salesmen at other dealerships that 'KBB is just a site that doesn't know the process of dealing with real cars." Other dealers always seemed to have an excuse, where as I did not feel that way at all with Taurus or Greg.

Dolores Figueroa5Usually when I got to the dealership I end up with a great headache from sales individuals pushing me to buy any car. I did not have that experience here. Miguel Ledesma was very helpful in buying a car here. He gave me all the time I needed, about 8 hours to be exact, to make a decision. He broke all the information down for me and was patient about it. He was not pushy like other salesman. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Miguel. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership. And no headache, just a mustang.

Being a woman of an older age, it was very hard for my aunt to understand a lot of terms and conditions of purchasing a vehicle. The salespeople here are absolutely amazing as they walked us through everything. Richard Pratt5My wife and I had been looking for a particular car for months. One became available at FLF and my wife called for some info on the vehicle. When she got off the phone she was smiling and said, "I like that guy." We drove up from Oakland to see the car and were met by Brian, the salesman my wife talked to. I immediately liked the guy, a no BS straight shooter. Went for a test drive and checked the vehicle out. Price was fair and we decided to have some lunch to talk it over. Before we left we let Brian know that we had some concerns about a door that didn't close properly. Had a great lunch downtown and returned to the dealership. When we arrived Brian informed us that the problem had been fixed, and it was. When I think of car dealerships, I think of desperate salesmen/women doing anything to close the deal. This place is as far away from that as you could imagine. It seemed to me everyone there was happy and having a good time. The no hassle/haggle thing is real. The price of our car came to 13,001.99 and I asked Brian if we could just make it an even $13,000. Nope. Recommend highly.

Monte Hoover5I just bought a new ford truck from Ford of Fairfield. I visited their store because they are local and are strong supporters of our community. I like doing business with companies that have similar beliefs of my own. I worked with salesman Devin Abel and General Manager Dustin Marazzito. Both were professional and knowledgeable. Devin answered all my questions and was available by text and email at all hours. No hard selling here just friendly advisers. They found exactly the truck I was looking for and for the price range I required. Devin delivered the vehicle and did a thorough job of explaining all the bells & whistles. He even set my cell phone with the Sync Bluetooth system. If you are looking for a Ford this is definitely the place to go. This was the easiest car purchase ever.
