  Craig was a pleasure to work with. He was always available via phone, text, or email. This was our first home purchase and he really helped make the process easier than it would have been without him. He went above and beyond and helped inform us when interest rates or any other factors were varying. We used a VA loan and he made it possible for us to close in 21 days, and technically, we could have closed sooner if we were waiting on a termite clearance from the sellers. Craig’s effort helped us make a competitive offer and was truly a factor in us closing on our perfect home. I would recommend him to anyone!

  Craig was very helpful from start to finish. He laid out several possible products for us: refinance, cash out refinance, HELOC to help with our specific housing / reno financing needs. He even followed up weeks later to update us on new low refi rates. He sent timely reminders and explained processes / calculations very clearly. Very thorough, detail oriented while highly efficient. Rare in this business in my experience (this was our fourth finance / refinance).

  I've worked with Craig over the past few years on 3 different mortgages(1 Purchase and 2 Refinances). He has been absolutely fantastic throughout each process. He is quick to respond whenever I have questions and is always willing to give me a full and honest explanation of how the process works. I always feel like he keeps me in the loop to how the underwriting process is going. Whenever someone tells me they are looking to buy a house or refinance, I always tell them to call Craig.

  I was referred to Craig by a realtor while touring an open house on my block. He was described as THE GUY to go to, and boy was that the case! Not only did he hook me up with a refinance that checked boxes I didn’t even know I had (like paying off my solar loan with the refi, which I hadn’t considered), the whole process from our first call to closing took just over a month!   Craig Oneal was referred to me by a friend and while working with him he was always very transparent and communicated very well to the point where all my questions were answered before I could ask them. He’s very detailed oriented and could always be reached at any given time. This was our first home purchase and the entire process with Craig was very smooth.
