  Jeff and his team have crushed it for every deal that my husband and I have done with them, which is about 4 in the last 2 years! My husband is in the Military, so as a spouse I found it very reassuring on how informative NGG is with any questions that I had.   Worked with Jeff on our original loan and two subsequent refinances. Jeff and NGG Mortgage are awesome. They’re responsive to questions and answered “what if” emails quickly and even after hours.   Jeff and the team helped me close on a home in 17 days! That was unheard of but Jeff knew how much I wanted a home and all parties were 100% compliant which made the process easier.   Jeff and Janet are pros. Went to them for my first mortgage, and not knowing how the process worked, they walked my wife and I through it and made it an easy process for us. We ended up making a switch at the very last minute and, even though it was probably more work on their end, Jeff encouraged us to make the choice that was right for us. Went back to NGG for a refi and again, nothing but a smooth process. Even when things were very uncertain at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, they were able to get our loan approved, no problem. Will definitely be going back for any mortgages we get in the future.

  This is the second time I utilized Jeff and his team at NGG Mortgage the first time was when I brought my condo back in 2018 the process went so smooth, they kept me in constant communication and were always available. I received a great rate at the time (lower than others I knew who brought homes @ the time). So, course I wanted to go with NGG mortgage even when I went with another realtor, I knew I was going to stick with NGG. Now in 2020 I wanted to sell my condo and buy my first house sure enough It was another amazing experience even in these crazy times with CoVid. They helped me close on my new property in under 30 days with an AMAZINLY LOW interest rate!!!They are truly VA home loan experts; I would recommend them to anyone!
