  For my first time using a lender, Tracey and the Sunstreet Mortgage team made it so easy! From the get go, Tracey kept clear communication about each step of the process. While there were so many documents to gather and sign, it didn't seem so overwhelming because she was incredibly detail oriented. Despite our quick timeline, Tracey was amazing at helping us work through everything to help us get our dream home! I can't recommend Tracey and the Sunstreet Mortgage team enough!

  By far the best lender I ever worked with! (I had previous experience with several in the past). I can't say enough about Tracey!! From the first phone call, when she quoted me the lowest rate, to the conclusion of the approval process, she was on top of things with great communication, follow-through and transparency.   Tracey was the best mortgage specialist I've ever worked with. I was expecting the usual painful, gathering all the information, and back and forth getting all the documents. Tracey was very good with capturing all my financial information efficiently and without redundancy. Very efficient person, made it a surprising and much more pleasant experience than ever before.   Absolutely could not be happier with Tracey and her team at Sunstreet Mortgage! We found her through a recommendation from our old realtor, and I am so glad we did. From start to finish she was super communicative and always available to answer any question I had, no matter how minor. I refinanced last year with a different company and they were nowhere near as helpful as Sunstreet Mortgage and Tracey. My work history has been spotty since March because of Covid, and I didn't have a valid photo ID for the longest time while I waited on the DMV to send me a replacement, but her underwriters were able to get the job done anyway. Also, the notary they sent out was amazing--so fast and knowledgeable! If you go with Tracey at Sunstreet Mortgage you will not regret it :)

  Tracey and her team at Sunstreet Mortgage are amazing. We refinanced our property through them and they made the process extremely smooth and painless. They were very clear to us what items were needed, facilitated our questions, and communicated the status of our refinance very clearly. This team clearly knows exactly what they are doing, in fact, the approval on the loan was days ahead of the scheduled closing date. Additionally, they were very good about locking in our rate at an all time low with none of the stuff other loan companies try to pull on you. If anyone is looking for a company you can trust, Tracey and her team are the people you are looking for.

  Tracey Wheeler and Sunstreet are awesome. My wife and I have been renting a small one bedroom apartment for the last 6 years. We welcomed our son last year and realized quickly that we were going to need to find a larger place but, it didn't take long for us to realize how expensive it was going to be to rent a two bedroom apartment in San Diego. Even when we found something we felt we could afford, we knew it would only be for a matter of time before we would have to move with constant rental increases. We decided then that it would probably be best to look into purchasing. We had no clue what we were doing and had no understanding whatsoever of the buying process. Enter Tracey and Sunstreet. She was amazing in taking as much time as was needed from us to explain the process. She was always available to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot) and really helped to put our minds at ease as to what exactly we were paying for and what it was all going to cost at the end. She was also very communicative and stayed in touch in every step of the process. Oh, and did I mention she was able to get us a really great rate! We recently closed on a perfect place that is going to work great for our growing family. We strongly recommend Tracey and Sunstreet!
