  Very bad experience, very rude staff , totally said “NO WE. CANT , YOU CAN GO TO ANY OTHER BRANCH” no value for customers!

  One of the largest banks, bank of America is just a bad bank to deal with. Unnecessary fees to screw the customer. Moreover this location is just slow and painful. I was waiting for more than 30 mins for a 2 minute task of getting the bank account closed. Something that BOFA should allow over the phone.

  Slow, dirty, and unhelpful. Everything you'd expect from Bank of America plus a typographical error that they made on the check I needed and tried to blame on their computer keyboard. How does it take 30 mins to get a simple check cut?

  Bank of America is Great to bank with, BUT this location disappoints me. I understand waiting in line because there few tellers.I get it all businesses are making cuts now a days but there is no reason that any customer should feel bad because of the lack of customer service given. Also today marks the third time picking up change from this location, and they give me more change than I requested. Then when they call me to to inform me that THEY have given me too much change, and if I could return it THEY make me feel as if it was my fault. No need to be rude, especially to a regular customer. I was very upset, and when I tried to explain to the teller that this was not the first time this occurred she immediately cut me off and stated with an attitude " don't do this to me right now ok" RUDELY. There are times I come in here to cash my check and this same teller just makes me feel so uncomfortable. I would much rather go out of my way to Bank of America in East Meadow, and yes just for CUSTOMER SERVICE!
