  Got medically discharged in 2016, haven't been able to find one single doctor that's comfortable signing the only document that would help me with this loan that I haven't been able to pay on, and omni has reported me late every single month instead of sending me to collections or charging off, I have tried contacting the manager with this location many times over the last 2 years and they just blow me off, they have single handedly ruined my credit score. Thanks a ton omni.......

  This place isn't willing to back up their mistakes. They took a payment out of my account even though they got a direct deposit payment. So they took two payments one month. Caused me $89 in bank fees, $65 in returned check fees in the places that would have been paid if they wouldnt have taken the extra payment. I didnt authorize the payment and they won't pay me back. Be careful!!! Try Pioneer military loans instead, they haven't done this, to me at least.

  Look, I cant b*tch too much because in the end I got my loan... However, the process was disgustingly unprofessional and slow. First word of advice, dont even bother applying online. It doesnt work! They always need "more info" and it delays the loan application process drastically. Second, Make sure they make a copy of your DL your first visit in store, or you will end up going back and delaying the loan process even further. Third, Dont bother calling, because they dont frickin answer. Last but not least, go in as soon as they open in the morning or you will end up sitting in the lounge for a couple hours while they twiddle their thumbs in the back. Bottom line, if you need a loan... This place will say yes, however, if you need an emergency loan done quick quick quick... Good luck with that.
