  Janette was a phenomenal Mortgage Loan Originator. She took the time and explained the re finance process in layman's terms. She was available at anytime and answered all my questions.   Working with Janette was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. When we first sat down with Janette, I told her I knew 0% about mortgages and needed some serious hand holding. She broke down the process and most importantly defined everything for us in a way that was easy to understand. She set realistic expectations with us and will literally answer her phone all hours of the day to help you. Through Janette, we met our realtor, and closed on a house in literally weeks.
