  I would highly recommend Joe for anyone looking to purchase or refinance their mortgage loans. I have used Joe twice to refinance my primary residence both times the process went smooth and most importantly Joe was engaged with me at all times. I felt like I was his only customer. Joe is very knowledgeable about mortgage loans and provided me guidance on what would be best for my situation. In addition, Joe goes the extra mile to explain every detail to make sure I knew that I was getting the best deal and experience. I will definitely be recommending Joe to my family and friends!!   Joe Garza at Olympus Home Loans was referred to me and I am so glad I contacted him to take care of my loan.   I wasn't sure about refinancing the house. After talking to Joe about our options, he provided some more information about how much we could save, it was pretty obvious that we needed to take advantage of the low rate environment. We put our application in at 6:30pm on 3/15/2021. Last night we had the mobile notary Jet Closing in our kitchen signing the documents. It was the fastest and best lending experience that I have ever had. THANK YOU JOE and team! I am very appreciative of your professionalism and prompt response to the inquiry.

  This is the second time that I have used Olympus Home Loans. They offer excellent customer service! Joe is great to work with as well as Heather.   I’d highly recommend Olympus Home Loans! Joe helped us refinance our loan and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Joe got us a great rate AND we didn’t have to have our house appraised which saved us $$$ Who doesn’t like saving money right?! The best thing about working with Joe is his responsiveness. Every time I called he picked up the phone and answered my questions. Every time I texted him he responded immediately!

  Used this company to get a mortgage to buy a new home. They completed the loan on time and were very open to communication. If I called someone picked up or called me immediately back. They also talked with my realtor and escrow company. They brokered my loan to a great mortgage company at a great rate. The pricing was competitive. Joe, Lexus, and Heather were great! Good work.
