  Excellent customer service!! We have been dealing with a check that was sent by our insurance company to define mortgage for a year. We walked in and spoke with Michelle and she contacted the people she needed to get what we needed. Michelle then went the next day and picked up our check herself and met with us that morning!! We appreciate her and how hard she worked for us!! Thank you Michelle!!

  I have been so pleased with the customer service at this branch that it has inspired me to take the time to write a review. Michelle, (the assistant branch manager), has been nothing but pleasant to work with! She is professional, kind, genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She has truly gone above and beyond to help me with an auto refinance. The team that she works with has also been extremely helpful throughout the process as well. They truly make you feel like they have your best interest at heart and want to help you make the best financial decisions. I would absolutely recommend this bank and more specifically this branch for any financial needs.

  When trying to get gas money out for my vehicle, the ATM confiscated my debit card, did not return in and told me to contact my banking institution. Well this happened on a Saturday, so no branches or customer service was open at that time. Which left me stranded with no gas in the middle of a pandemic and the 108° sun until I was able to get further transportation from family. Never use this ATM save your time and save your debit card from being confiscated and have no other means of financial resources.

  Maranda is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She greets my wife and me with that wonderful smile of hers and always checks in to see how we are doing. She's so efficient that it takes longer to walk to the counter than it does to get the transaction done. It is always a great experience; it all starts at the top with Michelle, making sure all is run like a finely tuned orchestra.

  I love my local branch and the people there! It's always hard to say good bye when some of the reps leave to another branch :( But I eventually get used to another new rep. Such as Samantha when she started. Sam is amazing! She has really grown in her time there at this branch. Her confidence and knowledge are two of those areas and I have really enjoyed watching it all happen. Her customer service is off the charts!! Thanks Samantha <3!

  I have been a member now for almost 7 years now, I have dealt with several banks with my business and all I can say is they are fantastic with refi, loans, banking, and of course very friendly & helpful. Compared to other banks will not even look you in the face (let alone know your name)

  Have used Desert Schools for years. This the branch we use the most. As a Credit Union we have never had any issues. For this branch they have always been friendly and helpful. Of course there is the usually up sell on other products but they are not that pushy.

  This branch location is the best, I have been to several others and make a point to do my banking at this branch. The staff whether new hires or experienced have always been helpful and friendly.
