  I have been been in Real Estate for over 20 years and have been referring my Clients to Raul at Desert State mortgage for many of those years. Raul is very knowledgeable and stays on top of the current programs available for all types of home loans. Raul always answers his phone and is ready to help in anyway he can to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. He goes above and beyond for his Clients more than any other Mortgage Broker I have ever worked with. His processor Korinna is also proactive with attention to detail and communicating throughout the process. The two of them are an amazing team. I have personally used Desert State Mortgage for my home loans as well and the process was always very smooth.

  I recently financed a new build with the help of Desert State Mortgage and to say I was pleased would be an understatement. Raul was very responsive but more importantly he was proactive. Raul and his assistant, Korinna helped mitigate the majority of the interactions with the builder and saved me not only money but time. I would most certainly love to do business with them again and would recommend their services to anyone!

  Raul and his staff are absolutely amazing!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The refi process was completely painless- they explain each step along the way. Their communication is top notch- you're never left wondering what's going on- they stay in constant contact with their clients. I was overwhelmed by the personalized attention.
