  Alaric Spencer along with his dedicated mortgage broker team over at Oak Capital Mortgage made my first home buying experience a stressless success! Any and all questions were quickly answered and guidance was provided along the entire process. Alaric located and locked my interest rate below what I was able to find on my own. Beyond that I know they were handling many behind the scenes obstacles that would have caused unneeded anxiety during a first time home buying process! I would not hesitate to recommend this group to any family or friends. P.S. Alaric is ALWAYS available to answer questions by phone which was major in my decision to move forward with his team.

  I went to Taylor Judge from Oak Capital Mortgage in desperation after a bad experience with another lender/broker.   Matt Hassey at Oak Capital Mortgage made refinancing a breeze, both times that I've used them! With attractive interest rates, they found me the best rates and got everything coordinated easily! I was originally referred to him from a friend and he gave me great advice on the merits of refinancing and how to maximize my savings given my financial status. He was extremely flexible with my lending needs. His team coordinated the application process, the approval process and the closing process quickly and with ease. I highly recommend Matt for his professionalism and knowledge.

  I can't say enough good things about Matthew Hassey and his team. As first time home buyers, we struggled with a lot but Matthew was always courteous, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. I would advise to stay away from the bigger banks (better.com, PNC, etc.) as they just simply can't give you the personalized care that Matthew and Oak Capital Mortgage can. Thank you again for everything and keep up the great work!
