  Dealing with Grant at Peak Financial is an absolute pleasure. He is an excellent communicator and is extremely detail oriented. He is also extremely prompt which makes the mortgage process much less stressful and pain-free. This is my second time using Peak Financial and I have recommended them to numerous friends.   Grant did an amazing job with the purchase of my first home! He was very knowledgeable, organized, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided detailed information for a variety of situations and was quick to update anything additional I requested. He was extremely responsive, and quick to answer even the smallest question. In short, he made the home buying process a breeze and I would highly recommend him.

  We've worked with Peak Financial Group for 2 mortgages, and just recently worked with them again to refinance for an even lower rate. As usual, we could not be happier with the experience.   Cannot express more appreciation to Grant! He provided not only excellent customer service, but also unbeatable mortgage rate. He is super good at answering all of our questions. He did a lot of extra work/research to help us closing this foreclosure deal. Whenever we emailed him or texted him, we knew he will get back to us as soon as he can. He earned our respect and trust. He will be our guy if we need to refinance or our friends need to apply loans. Updates as of Jan.30.2020 - we did reach out for our guy Grant on our refinance of the loan. He was patiently watching the rate for us. And he worked hard to lower our closing cost. Five star experience as always!

  Great overall experience. We had a more complex refinance on our hands, given we were dealing with more than one lender, but Grant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Great communication with my wife and I every step of the way. I know we will use Peak again in the future, and would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or refinancing.

  I was referred to Grant with Peak Financial Group from a friend of mine. He was right off the bat, very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. It also helped that he was able to get me a far better rate than any of the bigger names and banks around town! I had a ton of questions that he quickly provided answers to, but by far the best trait was his responsiveness. There wasn't a day that went by when I was left wondering the status of certain things in the loan process. He responded via call, email, or text - which is incredibly helpful for someone like myself who is not always available during the work day. He stayed on top of my attorney to make sure they were getting all their stuff in order, worked with me to produce certain documentation, and made sure everything was set way in advance of closing. I initially gave him a short time window for my closing and he immediately got in gear. Closing went smoothly and I am very happy I went with Grant. I have now referred him to a colleague who is using him for her closing and he sent me a hand written note in the mail thanking me for the referral - first class!
