  How are they only open 3x a week?! I specifically switched from Chase to BOA when we moved to the neighborhood and now they’re never available. The hours are still incorrect on the front door. So frustrating.

  Brian Wolfe and the whole staff were amazing. The ladies at the front were very professional and welcoming. Brian was amazing, personable, professional, and fast. He made the dreaded "name change" process after my wedding a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location. The office is beautiful as well.

  Natalie Gilliland who is a relationship banker demonstrated A++++++ customer experience. I had a situation on my account that was a very urgent one. Not only did she make sure that I was taken care of, but the bank closes at 4:00 PM on Mondays and she stayed with me well past 4:00 (bank lights were off and everything) to ensure that my case on my account was situated. This branch is very lucky to have her and any other branch or company would be lucky to have her on their staff! THANK YOU NATALIE!

  Wonderful. The new staff at this location has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Saja took her time, and helped explain things to me in a way I could understand. At first I was hesitant to continue using this branch, after reading the most recent reviews, however there have clearly been some new additions to their staff, and all the new members are extremely friendly and patient.

  The manager Jason is the most unprofessional most rude person in banking that I have ever meet in my life. He was very rude to me when I went in to cash my check he was loud not at all private and disrespectful to the up most and hope nobody of color goes in that location and think they will be treated fairly. I will make sure the company I work with remove all of accounts.

  My favorite Bank of America branch. Excellent customer experience. Lucy Sanchez even helped me pay a speeding ticket from Switzerland that was all in German. Great branch, great team. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. 5-stars all around
