  Although the Service Advisor was very helpful and professional, I am not satisfied with my experiences. I was first told by a different Service Advisor that GMC did not know who to fix the problem with the transmission. After the problems continued, I finally took it to the dealership to get the transmission fixed. Since then the truck has been to the dealership on 6 different times to get the transmission fixed. It is still unknown if the latest fix will last. The value of the vehicle has been reduced as a result of the prolonged time it took at address the transmission issues. Now GMC is saying the transmission is past the drive train warranty despite the fact that they started working on the transmission while it was still under drive train warranty. I even have an extended warranty provided by GMC. Overall I am not happy with the outcome with this truck.

  I was a Costco referral and chose Nyle Maxwell as they are relatively close to my home and I preferred to purchase from a 'local' dealer where I could easily visit for servie, etc. Unfortunately the GM production strike threw a wrench in to the purchasing process, but eventually we got the truck of my dreams ordered and delivered at an attractive price. What I really appreciate about the folks at Nyle Maxwell is that they are very professional and courteous and delivered on all of their commitments to me.

  This was the best auto buying experience that I have ever had. Austin is very knowledgable, friendly and attentive to the fine details of buying and selling automobiles. J.D. handled all the the finer points of the financing and is a very personable person that treats you like family, not just a customer. Great job guys and can not wait to do business with you again.

  Nyle Maxwell provided me with excellent service. I bought a beautiful GMC Sierra for a great price. When I had questions I was able to get knowledgeable people to answer them quickly. I highly recommend this dealership and will use them for all of my future car purchases.

  We were very satisfied with the customer service at Nyle Maxwell GMC. We found a vehicle we were interested in online and submitted a request for information. Martin contacted me on a Sunday (even though they were closed) and had the vehicle ready for a test drive on Monday. He was extremely helpful and friendly during the buying process. The car was cleaned up and delivered to our home the same afternoon. We were extremely pleased with the top quality of the pre-owned vehicle that we purchased. We have peace of mind in the coming years thanks to the Nyle Maxwell Lifetime Guarantee. Martin was very personable and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He followed up to make sure we were happy with our decision. Our family will definitely consider Nyle Maxwell for our next vehicle.

  Great customer service as always. Brought in my wife’s 2015 Yukon XL for a transmission issue and they quickly diagnosed and took actions under the power train warranty. The folks at Nyle Maxwell are always courteous and professional. I won’t take her vehicle anywhere else, and will probably buy our next vehicle from Nyle Maxwell - based on the service departments strong commitment towards customer service.

  Service center customer service is horrible! She was rude and pushed issues “it’s not them” and to call the GMC main number (on hold for 45min now). I purchased a new 2021 terrain and the alternator is having major issues. She said they can’t help with any transportation options (like listed in website). Won’t buy from them again or refer anyone.
