  I came in to request a cashier's check. The receptionist was very helpful throughout the process, and we were complete in just a few minutes. Lobby was clean, recommended CDC guidelines were being practiced, and the transaction was very secure.

  Staff act like they could care less. I usually can receive help on some level but this staff member seemed to only look for reasons to dismiss me. Horrible customer service. Where's the empathy? The bank as a whole will nickel and dime you every chance they get. You're better off keeping your money in a shoebox under your bed.

  Bank of America is now requiring all employees to have a medical intervention or be fired. This is a clear breech of our freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. My family and I will no longer continue supporting this corporation. I’m refinancing my auto loan with BOA next week.

  Eveytime I come to this location they are close. Each time you go to this Bancorp on this location there is change time note. Don’t you think people have to work also when they get off of work they need to come deposit some money? Isn’t it a good idea to leave at least the ATM machine outside so we still can have access. Obviously there is no drive-through for this location. You’re forcing your customers to keep up with your hours.What kind of customer service is this. I’ve been Bank Of America‘s customer for a long time and I have to say that since I moved to this area I have been so disappointed with this location.The bank door is lock and we can’t even access the ATM machine this is horrible.

  I literally spoke to someone on the phone the day before my appointment. I had a scheduled appointment and an email to verify the location date and time. When I showed up the bank was closed. The hours outside said they were open.

  Do not come here this location is useless basically just an ATM neither machine works properly did not count my money right spent hours trying to get it fixed

  Cant ever get them on the phone. Long lines and slow teller at bank. Palm Valley Round Rock, TX. Believe money is missing and cant communicate to anyone, much less a regional manager. Watch out this outfit is no longer operating like a bank should.

  I have been to this location twice, once with out an appointment and the second with an appointment (July 2021). Appointments do make the process faster and smoother. Both times I was helped by Karina Perez. She was professional and friendly. I had a good customer service experience all around.

  The Bank of America staff is so rude with customers and not all customer friendly staff. Also the charges for cashiers check is double than other banking centers like Chase etc
