  Jay Rowland is exceptional and very responsive to the customer needs with the home buying process. He drew up a preapproval letter for me in a timely manner and was very supportive and kind. You will not find a better loan officer to help you. Jay responds to phone calls promptly as well. 2nd Part of my review: Jay is superb and awesome. He goes above and beyond for his client. He is prompt, attentive, honest, professional, and caring. He did a rapid score and showed me what i needed to do to improve my fico score. That was awesome. Jay helped me get the best interest rate and a fast close at a great location nearby due to it snowed. Great character, good ethics, and a good human being describes Jay. Jay is a rare gem in the world today. There were snags with my builder, but Jay worked around them all ...focused, cool, and calm. He exceeded all my expectations!
