  While searching for a financial institution for my new home loan, a friend mentioned Encore Bank. I filled out an application, submitted a few documents and within just a few days, not weeks, the only thing my loan approval was pending was another sale closing on my end. The process was so simple and so smooth, right from the beginning - with rates and fees that beat several other places I looked into. My loan officer, Mandy, was amazing to work with. She guided me through the process, answering all my questions in a very timely manner. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. If I ever need another loan, I will definitely go back to Encore. Very simple, very quick and a very personable and professional team!

  I recently refinanced my house through Encore Bank. Mandy and her team made the process so easy and stress free.   Many Hawthorn and the Encore team did an amazing job helping us refinance our home. They were proactive in contacting us to let us know that we might have opportunity to save substantial money over the long term. They took time to explore options with us which enabled us to achieve goals for our daughter's education. When it came time to execute, the process couldn't have been smoother. I actually did not think it could go this smoothly. Mandy always made sure we were caught up and on the same page as her- because she is speedy- which was really needed and appreciated.
