  The people were very nice and helpful, especially Yesenia. She was kind, great personality not fake, and I felt comfortable with her. Didn't take long at all. They only reason I'm giving 4 stars is when your credit isn't good the interest is so high and takes longer to pay off. But isn't that always the case.

  Everything was absolutely fabulous about the product and the service. They need to update there business practices. My only concern was that they paid off internet loans off with a check. This is a process that takes 7 to 10 days to process. In the mean time interest is accruing. These debts need to be paid electronically where it's paid off immediately.
