  Their personnel and professionalism is ridiculously below competent. My husband and I had loans with them which were ridiculously badly managed. Trying to speak with someone that could assist our needs and questions became a nightmare. No phone calls returned on time and when we would finally be able to speak with someone they had the most unprofessional excuses with no professional explanation. We had highly well expectations of them at the beginning but once you’re almost done with your loans it’s as if they forgot how to do banking and how to address questions and next steps of loans. We submitted a survey with an ask for someone to follow up and we never heard back. Please keep your banking with a professional entity!

  I have been a member for over 40 yrs. Just bought my 4th car through them. Every person has been so helpful & always say hello, thanks for waiting & have a nice day. Olivia has been so nice. I finally opened a checking account with them & wish I opened it yrs ago. Had been banking with Union Bank, they just decided to close out my account after 45 yrs. I talked to 4 people, they told me they didn't have to tell me why. That when I decided to open an account with Nuvision, I'm do happy I did.

  I came with my husband today to open a checking account , and after like 10 minutes we were call to a counter. We were asked a few questions told of different account options and suddenly the lady that was helping us excused herself , branch manager approached and out loud and in front of other customers told us that because of too many inquiries we couldn’t open an account. Don’t care about not opening an account but it was just embarrassing the way he treated us . I thought this place was a place where anyone can come and feel like they care about your business . Will never go back there and I will tell my friends and family that banks there to rethink in banking with them Sincerely M Hernandez

  The teller, she’s African American. I don’t know her name. She’s so rude. The watt she look at me like I’m not good enough to be a member. Doesn’t have good explanation. I don’t know how can she work as a bank teller. I have been a member with this bank for couple years and they always provided me with good service but today is horrible. Never want to come back or maybe switch the bank in the future.

  I have worked on several loans with Marisela Rosales from the Lakewood branch for past several years each time she has been real professional and helpful. Gives you her undivided attention and alway has a big smile p.s. she will make you laugh with all here jokes
