Joseph Nolan1Just recently bought a new car and I feel the experience was great and the staff was very helpful. They worked really well at getting me a great deal. Easy transaction even when I didn't buy on the first visit. Updated: Service department is horrible. My car has been there for 2 days now and no response from the dealer. (I had an appointment scheduled.) The service advisor that took my information seemed impatient/annoyed that I was brining my car in for repair. I have 2 Ford cars and I will be taking them somewhere else from now on, I apologize Caruso Ford if I've been such an inconvenience bringing my car in for repair.

Raul Guerra1I purchased a certified 2014 Ford Fusion about 6 months ago from Caruso Ford. Brought the car in for an oil change and to diagnose a noise in the front wheel. I go a whole week without a vehicle until they finally diagnose it as a transmission problem so they set me up with a rental car and tell me it will be ready by the end of my covered 5 days with the rental. Of course I believe these professionals when they tell me this. By my 5th day I don't receive a call so I call in to find out not only is the car not ready but the part has not even been ordered. I explain my concerns of having the rental car only covered for 5 days and they advise me not to be worried that "they won't just leave you with no car to drive since it is our fault we are busy and cant do the repair", so I take their word for it. 3 weeks from the date that I dropped my vehicle off they call me to let me know they finally ordered the part but don't have an idea as to when the part will arrive and when the vehicle will be ready. Completely unprofessional and no regard for the cost to the customer. In 3 weeks it cost me $250.00 on insurance for the rental and they are debating if they will cover the rental for the days past the 5 days that I am covered by my ford warranty. Their excuse? "Well technically we don't have techs on the weekends and if employees call in sick there is no one to work on the vehicle so really it hasn't been 15 days since the diagnosis, its been more around 9", ok thanks that makes it all better. All this could have been avoided had this establishment operated with care for their customers. If you're thinking of buying a car, even a certified one, from this place, think twice. Update 5/3: i have returned the rental vehicle since my car was not ready yet and i could not afford to keep renting it. They have taken care of the extra days of the rental but not the insurance in total it cost me $300 dollars at the rental place and it has been a month without my vehicle and still have not received it back.

Matt Christopherson5I got some great customer relationship from Arvin in the service department recently. I was able to drop off my car early in the morning before they opened. They offered a safe, and secure lock box to leave my key. Was contacted a few hours later letting me know they revived the car and was banging to working on it via text message. Only thing that didn't work for me was any updates via text that never worked for me. I guess there was supposed to be a video link to see what my car stats was also but i never got that . Arvin was good about calling me with updates sometimes before i called in. Very happy with the service i got. My tires were a little wider than the machines they had at the dealer but they took the car to another shop to get that corrected and she's running smooth now. Thank you for the great service.

Mark Mintz5They got me in for service in just a couple days. Annoying since it was a recall issue so I couldn't take it to my normal mechanic. At least it only took 3 days, most other dealers were a week out.
