  The tellers are polite and do a good job. There just aren’t enough of them. The line generally moves very slowly. During the busy times it feels like you’re waiting in the county line. Very slow and tedious. They just seem to be short a couple of tellers every time I go in there.

We usually have an average of six tellers available (eight on Fridays), but unfortunately we were down one person yesterday (on a busy day!).   The atmosphere at the Bixby credit union is somber. The service is ok, when you get to a teller but the line can be long and slow because of to few tellers. Even though I live closer to the Bixby CU, I usually cross town to the Spring Palo Verde branch because it is overall a much friendlier atmosphere. Please cheer up the Bixby branch.

  LBS financial credit Union the tellers are very polite very courteous there's never really a long wait time well they're always professional they know their jobs

  This is the worst office of LBS Financial. Always long lines, many windows without clerks. You can see people walking around, talking to each other but not helping customers. I prefer to go to 10th Street, Spring Street or to Cerritos. Further away from my home, but better service, nicer office and much, much faster service. This is comment for Corporate managers to consider and act on...

  This has been my credit union for years. I never have issues here or any discrepancies in my account, when comparing to corporate commercial banks that I’ve utilized in the past. The lines are short right now even with the Covid-19 inconvenience.

  After banking with LBS for a few years without any problems whether it be ordering money or boxes of coins I walk into the bixby branch today to withdraw $1,000 in one dollar bills, Teller says that it wouldn't be an issue. Then the bank manager Patty stops the transaction because my account was flagged for ordering a box of quarters last month. I ask to speak to the manager and Patty refuses to come out of her office I then asked the teller what can I withdrawal? The teller proceeds to tell me that I cant withdrawal any "denomination" of bills because it's not for personal use and that she could not help me. How are they to decide what's personal or not personal a bank refusing its customer the right to withdrawal money is a joke and the fact that Patty refused to speak with me shows how unprofessional this credit union is. They later claimed I had an ice cream business and a Bank of America account and why don't I just bank with them What a joke. Now they are telling me to go to another branch and get the money as a one time courtesy, but my future withdrawals will be notated as not personal.
