      Love this branch. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. Extremely efficient. I've never experienced a long wait coming to this branch, even during the height of the pandemic. Conveniently located in the neighborhood, within a shopping center. Full service, clean.

      Customer service and good communication is NOT a priority for Navy Federal Credit Union. I went into a branch to open several accounts and proactively provide required documentation to efficiently complete the process. Several days later the Security department locked me out of my accounts and did not communicate that they had locked my accounts due to “sometime not matching”. I received an email asking for additional documentation and submitted within a few hours. Finally had to call customer service who transferred me to the Security department. The security representative stated that it takes 5 BUSINESS DAYS to simply review the documents! Meanwhile my accounts remain locked while they take their sweet time. Very poor customer service!!!! The customer obviously is NOT important. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that it would take up to 48 HOURS for them to return my call. Unbelievable! Then the rep blamed it on the Patriot Act! First of all, the member base is either military, Federal employees or veterans and their families. Obviously they have undergone verification of everything numerous times… so why treat a customer like this? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to find a credit union who appreciates your service to your country and your business.

      Been with NFCU since early 2020 overall the technology user experience is good although the customer service via branch, phone and e-messaging with follow-up is not good and does not meet my expectations expecialy for a credit union. The other low score reviews are also are inline with my experience regarding customer service. Very few positive experience online about others who have used their lending and mortgage. They lost my initial enrollment paperwork as well. With my couple of years experience and not experiencing any service improvements, I'd pass on a recommendation and especially for advanced financial services.

      This review is only on the experience with Teller Ross, should be more consider with directing clients. I was in to order checks. He said he can put me in line to see someone. It's only 2 people. It was a very long time that it got to the point the lady in the front was the one that made my check order. She made the observation. Ross didnt.

      I love Navy Federal as a whole. Best bank there is however, at this location, there is one girl there who is....well, pretty much an idiot. So that's my reason for four stars. One slipped through the cracks I guess.

      I love love love my bank..... This branch has really taken care of me. I have never had an issue at this location. I just wish there were more locations....

      The customer service representative could not help with my direct deposit. She didn't know what she was doing she was not apologetic at all. She was pleasant but she needs more training.

      They provide excellent customer service at this location, as most branch offices do! In compliance with pandemic measures, they've established the spaced-out line to wait for service AND they've dedicated an employee to making sure that the people standing in line do, in fact, need to handle their account business by the in-person transaction. I've seen a number of individuals gratefully receive guidance to using the internet or Navy Federal app to accomplish their goals. I'm so glad I've maintained my membership, by virtue of my father's military service, and I highly recommend joining to anyone who is qualified by any service or familial connection.

      Dumbest bank I’ve ever had I’m going to pay my credit card and close my account. Do not trust them and they cannot help you. This bank won’t last long

      My overall experience with this bank has been very positive. My experience with my bank has been positive from day one, since i open up my account at Fountain Valley Branch I previously only had a savings and checking account with this bank, but needed a new car loan. The process was quick and easy. All the employees are always friendly and are quick. I never have to wait too long to be helped. Their online customer support is excellent. They have very knowledgeable people working, I can easily manage my accounts online. Their interest rates for loans seem to be lower than the other local banks. They have always treated me with respect and i am so glad that they've opened this branch closer to my place! Location is perfect!!!
