  Hello all reading this if you want a awesome bank to bank with please sign up with nusenda I had the pleasure speaking with Jeremy B He was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered! He went out of his way to help me over the phone so patient and kind I can’t even describe how wonderful it was doing business with him ! We will never switch banks due to this friendly person!   With the inside being closed due to Covid-19 you’ll be lucky to get through the drive thru in 2 hours. This was with 4 tellers open definitely shouldn’t be as slow as it is.

We also wanted to share other accessibility options, including our Mobile and Internet Banking app. Online options let you take care of your financial needs in the comfort of your home and prescheduled telephone appointments will lower the need to wait in a call queue. You can also quickly access your account information using our 24-hour telephone banking service. With a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can make general account inquiries, make credit union loan payments, transfers, and more. To access telephone banking dial 505-888-8920 (800-356-3178 outside the Albuquerque area) and press 2 to reach the telephone banking system.

  Pulling my money out of this poor excuse for a credit union. Their website is deceptive, especially when you deposit a check. They will post the check, but not deposit the funds until an inexcusable amount of time later. The friendly and helpful culture changed inexplicably when they changed their name from NMEFCU to Nusenda. Find another credit union to put your money. Nusenda won't lift a finger for you.

  BEWARE THIS PLACE! Put your money here at high risk from seizure by the credit union. Owe these people a cent and they will freeze your account until you pay up. If you have a saving/checking account and also a credit card NOT associated with the saving/checking account and you should miss a payment to the credit card then your saving/checking account is forfiet. Any funds there will be frozen until you pay. So if you value your money you might want to go somewhere else.

  Drive-thru is incredibly slow. One teller during early afternoon hours. And no this was before COVID shutdown as well. Can you please have at least two telllers, especially on Friday's.

  Worst nusenda bank ever . Every time I go to this bank they give me problems worst customer service I've ever seen. The nusenda in Rio Rancho is the only one that I love and have no problems with when I go to cash my check they don't try to charge me $4 cuz I don't have $100 in my account ridiculous even though I'm a member so apparently this bank loves to make money off their members!

  I had a good experience at Nusenda. Liza Ballderrama helped me with so many things! I can't thank her enough for being so knowledable in what she does. She was very professional and so helpful in everyway! I will be changing banks for sure!

  I love Nusenda as a whole, but this location is particularly hard to like. It takes so long to get through the line. 20 minutes for a line of 2 cars.
