  Jim Lynch was super awesome and more! My family would recommend him and his company to anyone! He was willing to answer any and all questions that we had and always returned our calls in a very prompt manner. It's hard these days to find someone who actually cares about you and your family the way he does! He was not just another mortgage guy...he was like dealing with a friend. Highly recommend!!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Period. My wife and I used this company for a refinance for one of our rental properties. The refinance (that did not go through) took 10 months. I do not typically write reviews. We did everything in a timely fashion and communicated early and often. After 7 months, we were working directly with the owner of the company, Liz, who promised us over, and over, and over that our house would close on X date. She would then push out the closing date another two weeks... over and over. This went on for months. This company poorly communicates. We would call multiple times for a status update before ever receiving a return phone call. To put it simply, we were lied to continually. No one deserves service like this. Save yourself time and money, and find a different lending company.

  Thank You for your feedback, We absolutely acknowledge the refi took longer then any of us would have liked. We do our best to meet our clients' expectations, and truly regret when we don't meet them. A part of what has been occurring is that all of our processes have been stretched including appraisers, title companies, insurance companies, processors, and underwriters. This does not mean that we should not communicate, but it does mean that what we may need to communicate may not be to your liking, or ours. We have spent two decades working hard to be the place our customers can come for the best possible experience for their mortgage needs. We heartily apologize for the inconvenience and do promise that we will try even harder to satisfy our customer's needs going forward.

  It took me a long time to write this review because of all the time. But after a while I decided I should write it to hopefully save someone the grief of dealing with this company. My husband and I first came here based on all the wonderful reviews. It was our first time buying a house and we knew basically nothing and what we thought we knew was a bit confusing. So we set up a meeting with Len Sprouse, he told us about all the wonderful things he could do for us and how he would give us better rates and find a way to save us money. We were charmed, he began asking us several questions we thought it was part of the meeting . Little did we know he was filling out the application and pulling credit. We were so focused on getting a house that we didn't see it as a flag. We went about 6 months without hearing back from Len and without getting a call back. We started to get worried so after February I got an email (i think it was an automated one) saying something about getting me in the mood I thought it was weird but continued on eve. Eventually we got frustrated being that when we first met Len kept tax return, pays tubs, and other important papers to make copies.. That's when Liz came in she said she would help us and she apologized for all the hassle and went on to give us her speech about how she would take care of us and she was the owner and how it was going to be smooth sailing. Wrong! We could never get ahold of her and we started missing out on alot of opportunities for houses. We then decided we could bo longer work with them .they were unreliable. I called the office several times to retrieve my paper work. Mind you it's covid so I couldn't just walk in .. when they say no problem I'll have them in a few.. 1hour and a half later nothing. I finally go in and Len goes on to introduce himself as if he never met me. Mr. Greene then asks what I need I told him how long I had been waiting 20 minutes later Len has my papers. THEN ASKS ME IF HE CAN MAKE COPIES!! Still hadn't made copies!! Walked out and 4 months later closed on my house with a company who could get the job done

  Great experience. Excellent Lender. Would highly recommend for a new purchase or a refinance. Richard has great follow through and stays with the process until your loan closes.

  I FOUND JIM LYNCH TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN QUESTIONS AROSE. HE GOT ME ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION QUICKLY. ALONG WITH HELPING ME WHEN I COULD NOT LOCATE CERTAIN DOCUMENTATION, HE ALWAYS STEERED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND USE HIM AGAIN.

  If you're looking for a patient, thorough, and knowledgeable professional, who is looking out for your best interest, I highly recommend Richard Greene. He was exceptional!!! The Builders lender required 60 days or more for closing. We reached out to Richard, and he delivered and exceeded our expectations and met the timeline one week in advance. Throughout the entire process, he was in constant communication with us. Thank you again Richard.

  I highly recommend Jim! Jim was refereed to me by a realtor when one lender told me that I couldn't purchase a mobile home for what seemed like no valid reason. I thought I would get another opinion. Jim was very professional and he brought all the issues to me promptly so I could obtain what was needed to move the process along. We did not use a realtor and he went above and beyond at doing extra steps to help me figure out the realtors job as well. When you're going through a possible long, extensive, challenging process you want someone that can lighten the load and provide more than their share of the work load.
