During these unprecedented and unpredictable times Barry and his team took the time and treated my family like their own!!! I can’t say thank you enough for the time and care shown to us. The entire experience from start to finish was smooth. Barry and Mo kept us well informed every step of the way. When I think of how crazy busy the mortgage business is at the moment with new home purchases, refinancing and commercial development it amazes me that Barry and his team were able to provide and deliver a superior experience and stellar interest rate.   Jeremy Leister was amazing. My wife and I finally decided to purchase a home, it was right in the mix of COVID. I was very timid, not having much knowledge of different loan types and where I would stand. Jeremy truly worked for us, he had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. His knowledge blew me away. Jeremy made himself available to us at, literally, anytime of the day. He was committed to providing us the best experience there is. He gave us every loan option possible, he consistently looked at interest rates to lock in the best one, he was able to use funds on the table that we were unaware we had.   Mo Jones, what can I say? It has been 6 months since I moved into my new home, which I only have the pleasure of owning because of Mo's tireless work. She walked me through each and every financial document involved in the overbearing process of acquiring a mortgage, which in my situation felt like it could have involved dental records for the last 20 years and letters of recommendation from my middle school teachers; I can't even be sure anymore. All I know was that there were a lot of phone calls and a lot of printer ink and a lot of urgent emails and then waiting and then more urgent emails. Mo held my hand through the whole thing and made it, dare I say... fun?! The nicest thing was that Mo, I felt, truly WANTED me to be able to buy this dream house, and WANTED to help me do it. It was truly a blessing to feel like someone is on your side for something as daunting and complex as buying a home when you barely have enough money to afford it. Thanks again Mo, you are a credit to the industry, and a gosh darn pleasure to boot. My hero!
