  This is a really dumb idea. The ATMs can do a few things that other ATMs can't do like dispense any denomination of bills but you need your ATM card. There aren't any tellers and there are only two staff members; I don't know what they do. It is a waste of a location.

  I’ve been with this credit union since I was 16 and the service here is easily the worst in the state! Employees should feel ashamed of themselves

  Excellent bank! There aren't any tellers at this location as they use a couple ATM type of machines that can do a ton of things and there is also several employees on-site to process your other needs. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful each time I go in. Also has a 24/7 outside ATM.

  The second time I come to this location not very happy with it just the fact that two females employees were not very polite at all . The older female employee became frustrated with me because I explained I wasnt sure what was wrkng with my account wich was so easy for her to log in and explain to me they were very unproffesional I noticed they were both send emails to eachother smirking to eaxhother made me feel uncomfortable. I will be going back to Redlands location.
