  I've had nothing but the best experiences each time I've visited my Mountain America Credit Union. The staff are the absolute best. Kind, helpful and so knowledgeable.   If your tired of waiting fifteen minutes in line or longer, if you want someone to be in a great mood when they greet you. The Mountain America Credit Union is for you, with great banking features to go along with it. All I want is to deposit my money, get my current balance, and know my accounts are safe and secure. That's the service I get from Mountain America Credit Union. Loved it for 15 years plus, won't go anywhere else for my personal banking.

  Dreadful phone service, lines always busy and when I leave a message as requested it is never returned. Instructions for change of address online do not work and can't get a human on the phone. I need a new bank!! FOLLOW UP: The bank replied here with an email address to discuss this- BUT A NON-WORKING Email address, sad. Employees when I've been able to get thru on the phone have always been nice, as have been those at the branch.

  I am so impressed with the team at the Golf Course Road branch in Albuquerque, NM! I recently moved here from Utah and had such a personalized experience with the team at the Price, UT branch that I really didn't want to leave them. Before I accepted my position here in Rio Rancho, I had to make sure there was a MACU in my area as I will only bank at MACU. The ladies behind the counter and the manager here are so personable and friendly just like the Price branch! I get the feeling this is the case in every branch! As I went through the purchase of my home and securing my finances they were courteous and considerate of my needs. I notice the ads that play in the background at the branch are mostly folks from Utah. I think you need to consider showing off this branch in New Mexico as well! They have welcomed me with open arms! I tell everyone I know about MACU! Keep up the great customer service! Thank you for everything! Lori

  The lady that helped me today at the paradise store, was very nice and really helpful. I've never had a bad experience with Mountain America. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  Sick of this branches poor management been banking here 10+ years and service has become non existent over last 2 and half years , not able to get or give change every weekend and his suggestion is to come in during week well gees thanks for suggesting come in during week if that was a possibility I would have already done that. When I opened account was not told don't come during Saturday or maybe would have e chosen different credit union

  I recently opened a account with Mountain America credit union. As soon as I entered the bank it was very welcoming, the staff was friendly. The loan officer who assisted me in opening my account was great! Answered all my questions and help me get all set up and made sure I had everything I needed. A++

  When we moved back to ABQ, we opened an account with MACU. It had to be a credit union and that one was closest to us. They have always been helpful and friendly especially after my husband died. They remain professional and merge friendliness with it seamlessly. 6 years after opening our account, I remain impressed with them and how they conduct business.

  What a great credit union! I have been a member since 2000 and I have had nothing but positive interactions with them. I am an avid user of their app, and it works better than any of the other ones I’ve used for credit unions or banks. They have two branches in my city and employees at both are super nice and extremely efficient. The branches are very nice and new. A+++++

  Purchased a new travel trailer thru Mountain America Credit union and had a great experience with the way the loan went. Every employee I talked to were great and easy to deal with, thank you for a wonderful experience.
