  This is the absolute best financial institution I have ever used. I’ve been to many others through the years and as a small business owner this institution and employees are so good! Alexandra is incredible and has a great personality. Really all the staff is awesome. Thank you for all the blessings and help in the past years and thorough this pandemic. You make it so easy to do business with you.

  I called this branch they placed me on hold for 35 minutes that's when I noticed it was after 5 pm meaning they closed without ever picking up the phone I have never received poor customer service from STCU I believe I'll close this account and move it all there.....

  Probably the worst of the credit unions locally. I have great credit and Numerica consistently lets me down and provides poor service in search of more profit for themselves. Not really interested in providing good customer service. I'd bank elsewhere if I were you.

  You guys need help with your phone lines. The wait times are not acceptable. Edit: I have been trying to reach someone for over an hour. I called and also used the online chat. No one has picked up or responded. This has happened multiple times.

  Credit Unions are the better way to go. No hassles, no problems, no better place to have someone who takes care of their customers and their finacial needs.

  Unable to get in contact with a representative when having issues with my debit card. Which is an issue since places dont want to take cash right now. Very unsatisfied that I cant get this resolved.
