  I am pleased to provide my review because this one a very unique experience! We had the pleasure to work with Melvin and he answered all our questions. I had several questions and some where repeated but Melvin was quick to answer my questions and never once made me feel like I was repeating myself.   This was my second time dealing with the great people at Banczone. The reason I went back to them was because of the Great service I received the first time especially from Gabriel Lopez. He treated me like family. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense and made me feel comfortable.
