  Knowledgeable, attentive and will provide several options to fit your needs! That was my experience with Nick Fernandez. Nick listened to what I wanted and what my plans were, he knows the business well to offer several options that would work for me. He took the time to explain pros and cons for each option provided, he was available to calculate figures to get me the payment I was looking (for each plan). Nick was in communication with me every step of the way and even called after I signed the loan docs to see how my closing went and let me know when the loan funded. If you are buying a home or refinancing or just exploring options I highly recommend you call Nick, you won’t be disappointed.

  My husband and I purchased our first home together a year ago. Gabriel’s Assistant; Maricela Navarro was very helpful, knowledgeable, responsible and most importantly professional throughout the loan process. She processed our paperwork in timely manner. I would highly recommend going to Equity Reach Inc. If you have any questions, they’ll definitely have answers for you. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome.   They are great and very easy to work with. They go out of their way to make sure that you understand everything. John Balcorta is great and very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you are asking for in a refinance. I recommend Equity Reach to everyone..:)

  Maricela and Gabriel went above and beyond in our purchase for our new home, we purchased a new house at the Pasadera community. We contacted a Pasadera preferred lender and they were not able to make our dream become a reality. We contacted Equity Reach Inc here in Santa Maria, and they ran our numbers and made it happen. It was a seamless experience would definitely recommend them to friends and family. When we contacted Maricela or Gabriel they always responded to our emails right away.
