  No tellers full bank. Waited here for more than an hour in the merchant line. You should hire more people for a better customer experience. With a business we cannot wait here forever.

  This bank needs more tellers and to improve their customer service. Having to wait over an hour meanwhile the regular line is going faster than merchante is ridiculous, they should separate the handicap line from merchant, since many times people have claimed to be disable and just cut to the front of the line. We trust this bank but this bank constantly keeps neglecting business people.

  if I could give no stars I would. The manager needs to do their job and schedule more employees. we wait in the merchant line for more than an hour and a half almost every day. It is ridiculous you guys don't care about your customers. Hire more employees or have the ones just standing there work instead of pretend to do "traffic control." We have banked here for years, use our money to hire more people instead of always having excuses of being short staffed.

  Rude !!!!! The personal walking is very rude when I ask to talk for the manager for the branch they don’t want to give me any information and they tell me to write costumes services

  Always full. Long line. Not enough help. For a busy place, just have four tellers at all times.

  Bank of America the most worst and DISHONEST bank. and the worst customer service. STAY AWAY from this bank. and do not remain in silence if you have a problem with this bank. please inform people. PLEASE be careful when using the ATM machine the machine can steal your money and the bank will simply say that they are not responsible. it doesn't matter if you report the problem immediately, it won't matter. you can make thousands of phone calls to customer service and talk with thousands of supervisors they won't do nothing, no investigation nothing just STEAL YOUR money. careful people this bank is very DISHONEST do not remain silence report it. seek for help. report to federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov civilrights.findlawn.com

  It’s always closed on Saturday’s and always has the least tellers. Especially on the weekends and the beginning of the month (the worst times to be short staffed) and it never gets better. Been like this for a couple years. I switched banks.

  Atrocious customer service!!! It's noon on a Thursday. Of course people will want to get their banking done at this time. Only 2 tellers to help with over 16 people in line???? (And accumulating quickly). Really?? Not that anyone at the bank will care because where else will people go? Dear manager -please consider that you are also a customer at times somewhere. Would this be acceptable service to you?

  Update your hours. Online posted that they close at 4, on the building it says 2. Thought I'd come a bit later to try and avoid the ridiculously long lines even for business, but they can't even have accurate hours posted either.

  Tried to change to married name on accounts. I took drivers license and social security card with new married name on them. Person in charge started to make appointment for me to come back???? 30-40 min wait with no one else waiting in lobby. OK, then she tells me that one of my 3 accounts has 2 other names, they will have to come in a sign new signature card??? Why? They aren't changing their names. "We only have one signature card for each account." Well that's your problem!!! They are 250 miles away and can't come in. If you don't they possibly will put a freeze on your 90 yr old mothers account (because I am on it too) I Never mind - I went to Chase Bank walked in and out in 5 minutes. No problems changing my name here. Bank of America your interest rate is terrible anyway. Where were you with your security when my niece sold 6 digits from my Mom's acct and left her in the red???
