  They are friendly but their tech sucks. App is always having issues. I have to go ask then to deposit my checks often because they come by mail and get put aside instead of immediately deposited. Not sure exactly why they didnt have the ability to take them by electronic transfer. They are nice and helpful if you go into the branch, you cannot however call the branch. Good people locally I assume organizational leadership from above is lacking.

  Customer service is always “5-star” at the GP location. I have loved using this credit union. I will never go back to the “big banks” again.

  I was having some issues with PayPal trying to charge my bank account multiple times for a payment that had already been paid and I was frustrated to tears, but Heather from the Eugene office got on the phone and was so kind and understanding. She helped me with stopping the payment so it didn't happen again, gave me options going forward to stop that from happening and sent me forms through email to help me out. Her and I were disconnected and knowing how upset I was already she called me back to finish what we were doing instead of just letting it go and making me call back in and having to start all over with another representative. Her compassion and kindness and exceptional customer service will keep me a customer with NW Community for a long time. Thank you Heather for being the perfect example of what amazing customer service should be like and for all your help.

  NWCCU is a great credit union to work with. The staff is friendly and so helpful. If they can’t answer my questions, the person who can help me has always come through. From checking to savings and our home loan, this community credit union has done a top rate job of meeting our needs! Highly recommend them.

  I have been with this bank since I was 12 and that's probably the main reason I keep them. Their staff is friendly, but their website/app is CONSTANTLY being update or is down. I've spent the majority of my day trying to log into my account from my phone without any luck and this is a common occurrence. I previously had an IPhone and now I have an android, so I know it isn't my phone. I have also been turned down for loans, even though when I had an auto loan with them previously all of my payments were made on time and more than the minimum amount. I hope they get their stuff together soon or I may switch banks completely to my other establishment that has never given me issues.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you're experiencing a problem. Could you try clearing the temporary internet files/cache/cookies of your operating system's built-in browser? That might solve the issue.

  They are alright with me. Customer service was friendly. They don't have a machine to exchange coins.They'll hand you paper rolls, but they are the cheap and flat coin tubes. It'll take a while to maintain the shape of the tube for all the coins to lay flat. Jesus. Get a machine or better tubes. The only criticism I can offer for this place is no coin machine lol

  We are the customer. The institution should treat us as the asset. They have unreasonable rules for everything. They do hard checks on your credit for everything. Even after having one done a month ago. They are dogged on rules. They work for us not the other way around. They should reasses their business practices. The Medford office answers the phone for Grants Pass. Why is that? They're too busy? We are treated as the little guy.

  After months of attempting to get a bank account, I was finally able to thanks to the awesome management of this location. They don't have a coin machine here, but you can go to the branch next to Costco in Medford and use their machine. Thank you!
