  Of course being in the times we are in now closing on a house can be difficult & more stressful than in the past. Northern Title Company went above & beyond to ensure a safe, friendly, closing experience that through unforeseen circumstances might not have happened at other title companies. Yvette Betancourt saved the day when our closing happened a day earlier than originally planned. She was able to pull all the paperwork together in record time, all while smiling & reassuring us that everything would be ok. Her calming, down to earth presence made the closing process stress free & easier(despite all the roadblocks we ran into) than I could've imagined. From beginning to end Northern Title Company's work ethic, putting the customer first, friendly, can do attitude has made me want to buy another property...just to be able to experience the professionalism of & see Janice Murphy & Yvette Betancourt(who I consider friends now) at work in their element at the Jackson office. I'm thankful again for my experience & would wholeheartedly recommend to any & all that need the services of a title company to get in touch with Northern Title Company.

  My wife and I have traded several properties in Teton County and our experience with Northern Title went very smooth. My wife is a JH native and I’ve been here since 1985 and this move to Montana is with mixed emotions. Good to be close to my wife’s dad who ranched in Wilson but sad to leave family and close friends. We lived in the house for 30+ years and it holds a lot of fond memories. Northern Title and Yvette made the process painless. Onward!
