  Souvenir shop, pretty good selection but the man (owner?) seemed very cranky. Not friendly service at all

  Value souvenir shop. Jackets for under $30 and shirts for less than $20. And a real dog in a basket.

  I thought the store was cute, your typical gift shop. However while trying to purchase a snow globe it turns out this item was mislabeled as $6.99 rather that $18 or something which is fine, my issue is that I was accused of changing the sticker on it? She told us that wasn’t the right price and then didn’t ask us anything, TOLD us that we changed the sticker. Interrogating us on where we got it, where we got the other sticker, VERY rude and unprofessional. I just went next door and bought the same snow globe for cheaper anyways and was not accused of changing the sticker on it! I wish I had not purchased the rest of my items there and was tempted to take them back yet they have a no return policy. As someone who works in customer service that’s not how I would treat a customer, nor is it someone I would want working in my store.

  Love the store the cashier was very rude. I understand the mask rule and am willing to follow it but when I get confronted for looking at something with my mask off so I can see with out fogged glasses then get told to do shopping with out my glasses. There is a reason I wear them wow the disrespect I got was uncalled for

  atmosphere was mid-western steak house / bar which was great. Food was horrible. We had prime rib, which was well undercooked and tough, fish and chips that was just not good, the chicken was decent and the full Monty burger was good. the desert was just gross. had brownie sunday which was cookie dough something with coconut graham cracker. The menu didn't say coconut and the 'brownie' was frozen solid. Our waiter was nice the few times we saw him, but he was not very attentive to our table. I would skip the moose.

  What a headache! I purchased two glass figurines as gifts only to discover when I returned to my hotel room that they were full of several small chips. I went back the next morning. Unfortunately, the store does not do returns, which is a shame since they were selling damaged products. I could not exchange them for the same item because all the figurines they had left were chipped, too. So I had to find other items to make up the exchange. I settled on a shirt and pen. The cashiers working there are very young women who speak very softly and quietly and are lacking in customer service skills. It doesn't help that music is blaring loudly all of the time. It took 30 minutes for these cashiers to do the math and figure out the exchange and process it on their computers/registers. It shouldn't have been that complicated. I had to get out my phone calculator to help. It was frustrating to spend all that time doing a store exchange that should have been relatively simple rather than being out enjoying the beautiful sites.

  Um this is a souvenir store. The mangy moose bar is something totally different. As a souvenir shop though for our lovely town Great Prices in here. Peruse the goods to fine owl oven mitts and dog magnets. It has a nice selection of tshirts and stuff too.

  Great tourist experience i just wish they kept the lower restaurants opened for early dinner and not only open for breakfast that was an unfortunate change. but you can go upstairs where it's pretty noisy for dinner
