  I had the best experience with my realtor Hannah Bayles. Absolutely loved working with her. She did a great job of matching our energy and excitement and was ahead of the game when it came to property details. She was well prepared and came to each showing with in depth information about the property and neighborhood. Hannah is a great communicator and was great with explaining what things were and how the house buying process worked. This was the first time we bought a house and I would definitely recommend Hannah with Beverly Hanks to anyone. A fantastic company.

  Robert Woodson was an exceptional broker. Some unseen repairs were needed before our closing date. Robert coordinated all aspects of the repairs (no easy task during a pandemic) and we were able to close without any delays. Robert’s demeanor and overall knowledge from start to finish was great!

  I cannot say enough about Joanna Beck, our realtor. Communication is definitely one, if not the best, strength Joanna has. She not only educated us about the process of selling our home, but also the journey of finding and buying our current home. She always made us feel comfortable to ask questions and if she did not know the answer, she found the answer.   I worked with Pat Bryant for almost a year. I had problems qualifying for the first house I tried to buy. Pat was totally understanding and supportive. It took 11 months before I could qualify for a new loan and during that time Pat was always available to me answering endless questions and giving advice. He was always ready when there was a house I wanted to look at, took emails and texts late at night and ALWAYS responded and acknowledged all my communications. He is a great real estate agent as well as being an all around good guy . I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him!
