  I just closed a property involving self-direct IRA. Amanda was my closing coordinator. Due to the misunderstanding of the seller’s attorney, I was left with only a little more than one business day to proceed the fund wiring and signing of the necessary documents. Amanda was very efficient and patient. She always answered my “emergency “ calls and processed paperwork promptly. The transaction was successfully completed on the closing date.

  I LOVE working with the good folks at American IRA! Unlike other custodians, I work with the same people and we know each other, which is so refreshing in this world where we often feel like a "number." They are prompt, thorough, accommodating and always helpful!

  Recently had a couple if things to "repair" because of my fault re. updating docs, fees etc. The finance manager, Charlene Sutton, went above & beyond in her efforts to explain to me what was needed. I was very impressed with her attitude & patience. Glad to give American IRA a 5 star service rating.

  I have had an account with American IRA for many years. They are the only IRA I know of that you can use your funds to buy real estate. We have rental houses and have flipped houses. It is a great way to grow your funds securely. Everyone at American IRA is friendly, very helpful with navigating the rules and forms required, and very informative. They, of course, have other strategies for IRAs like stocks and bonds. However, we feel more comfortable investing in real estate. We are so grateful our accountant recommended American IRA to us. We have recommended them to family and friends.

  Do yourself a favor and stop searching for companies that offer the best crypto, Roth, checkbook IRAs, etc. and charge fees based off of percentages per trade or adjusted account value. I’ve been looking for over a month. I’ve compared itrust capital, directedIRA.com, choice by kingdom trust, BitcoinIRA, bitIRA, the list goes on. This is by far the best option when comparing fees over the long term as they are flat fees and not based off of percentages but there’s still one thing that’s better than their lower fees compared to the competition and their investment offerings; their CUSTOMER SERVICE is unreal. Every time I have called them I talk to a human being and get any questions I have, answered within minutes to a couple hours at most. I have personally called 6 times today with multiple questions concerning different departments due to my investment needs and Vivian has directed me where I need to go. Kyle and I’Juana have been incredibly informative about the process of setting up the type of account I needed and I couldn’t be more thankful as I am new to this process. So if you are interested in any type of investment account, take a minute and call. You will understand why I took the time to write this review. No more robo calls or voice messaging loops, just real people with real solutions, and fair fees.
