  As first-time home-buyers, we were extremely happy with the service we received from Lee Ann and the whole Atlantic Bay team. They were always very generous with their time, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, and competitive rates. We definitely saw first-hand the value of going with a local lender, as they were willing/able to work directly with our realtor to turn around approval letters and other documents in record time, which was invaluable in such a highly competitive and fast-moving market.   Natalie went above and beyond to help us with our loan, as she always does. This is not the first time we have used Natalie for mortgage or loan services, and we appreciate all that she does in assisting with a loan. The lines of communication are kept open; she responds quickly to email and phone calls. She does her best to find the best rate and the best way to get us what we need. She answers all of our questions, and even if she does not know the answer, it doesn't take her long to find out. She provides very detailed information and makes sure we have the correct documentation needed to review and process loans. She is diligent and efficient in what she does and we hope to continue to work with Natalie and Alantic Bay Mortgage Group for our future building project.

  Lee Ann Lewis is so helpful, every time we work with her. Over time we have purchased two homes and completed a re-fi with her and she has talked us through each step of the way. Her assistants, Jennifer and Kelli are also super helpful. They all work so hard to make sure the experience is as pleasant as possible, making sure we have every answer to every possible question along the way. I couldn't ask for a better experience....I doubt I'd find it!

  Carol was very helpful, extremely communicative, and kept a positive attitude. She always calls back, always had answers for my questions, and was even willing to talk out details well outside of business hours. We had some minor complications near the end of our transaction and Carol was extremely helpful in helping us identify the clear path to the closing table. She's caring, upbeat, positive, and willing to take the time to talk out the details. I will gladly recommend Carol at Atlantic Bay to anyone looking for a lender who will go above and beyond with their customer service.
