  This is the second time we have used Noble Home Loans. First time was for our house purchase in 2014 and then again this year for a refinance. Everyone on the team is extremely helpful and always available for questions whenever you need. Great team, highly recommended.

  Hats off to Noble Home Loans for an A+ experience! It was the smoothest mortgage process I have ever experienced. Every member of their team was super professional, super helpful and genuine. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I am beyond pleased with the level of service, and all I have to say is - if you're in Las Vegas speak to them before dealing with the big banks, save yourself the headaches.

  I have now purchased a couple house over the last few years. The staff at Noble was by far the best I have ever dealt with. I am beyond pleased with the way the staff treated me from beginning to end as well as the end result of my loan. I highly recommend using them for your mortgage needs.

  Noble Home Loans took great care of us. As first time VA home buyers there was a lot to learn and a ton of paperwork. Noble simplified it for us and helped us understand the steps. We were told of them from another happy client who was refinancing. Thank you Noble!

  If you are thinking about using this company, don't. I dont know what is going on in this company but it isn't good. There is a reason why there is only a handful of reviews. Their word doesn't mean anything, they keep telling you a timeline and keep pushing it back. Three times to underwriting. The whole thing was a waist of time and money. 3800 worth of money. 2 months of being lied to. Nothing to show. There are good lenders out there, this isn't it. Worst experience l have had.

  We are sad and surprised to hear such a negative post. We are completely committed to providing the best experience to every client and work tirelessly to do so. Unfortunately, we did not have complete information and transparency on the loan application. Despite that, this loan was conditionally approved, however, non-disclosed items from the buyer caused a delay in closing. The loan was reworked, and again approved, however the buyer decided to cancel.

  Have no words to describe service. Brad and his team from daniel to everybody are the best. Amazing communication. Amazing service. Got me great rates. Explains everything and makes process of buying a home a great experience. Would definately reccomend noble home loans and no they are not friends of mine lol...

  Had a horrible experience. My loan officer Daniel Jacobs went out of town and no one watched my loan and my loan closed 21 days later and had to pay $150 daily for this. Cost me over $3,000 extra for closing and someone broke into my house and stole my appliances due to their delay closing with a vacant property !!. Extremely disappointed and can't believe this broker had trouble closing on time and didn't advise me at all. Tried to apologize to me like it made any difference for me to pay extra. Its a shame that this process that was supposed to be amazing experience turned into a tragic nightmare of anger and disappointment. Also fooled me regarding the rate i was initially offered a lower rate and once I signed documents he came back with a higher rate due to his delay in locking. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I did the review after two years because this last January I went to refinance my mortgage with a local bank. When I was speaking with the mortgage broker I told him what happened and he suggested I leave a review with my experience so it doesnt happen to others. Thank you

  Thank you for reaching out with your comment, Carlos. We are certainly sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Please call us directly if there is anything we can do to help. It was a pleasure assisting you two years ago, and we are unsure as to what prompted the negative review two years later. We appreciate the feedback and we will grow from this and continue to get better. However, in all fairness, there are some factors that should be addressed. As you may remember, we did not provide your initial pre-approval and inherited the loan from a different agent who was unable to offer you an approval. At the time we received the loan, it was already behind schedule. Also at that time, our original assessment was that there were some complications. Among other things, we shared that we would need some additional documentation from your employer in regards to income verification. Unfortunately your employer did not provide that required information in a timely manner, which created further delays. To reiterate, this loan closed two years ago, so it's unclear why you came forward to comment now. If something has come up recently that prompted the feedback, please feel free to reach out to Team Noble any time to discuss.   They were the most friendly and speedy bank I have ever dealt with. The staff is so helpful and responsive to any request. There work is done very professionally and quickly. I could not ask for any more - they are the best!
