  Nikko and the Intercap team have been the best experience in refinancing, by far! Not only super responsive with all of our questions but also very creative in coming up with solutions for us. We did a consolidation loan, so there were lots of moving parts, which Nikko handled with confidence. His requests from us were clear and organized, which helped us put together paperwork methodically - never feeling overwhelmed.   Nikko was absolutely great to work with! Finding a lender that really listens to your needs and helps you get the best loan and rate possible is a must and Nikko checked all of the boxes. I’ve worked with lenders in the past that left a lot to be desired especially when it came to communication. Nikko and his team were on it, and I knew the status of my loan every step of the way. Even when things got a little tricky, a personal phone call from Nikko helped settle my nerves about the process. I would highly recommend Nikko and his team for all of your mortgage needs.

  Nikko is a rockstar in the lending world. As an agent, I feel extremely comfortable sending him referrals as often as I can. He’s completely committed to the process and will jump as many hurdles as possible to find a solution for his clients. As an real estate investor, he’s my go to guy. He works creatively with me on my purchases and refinances. He never makes excuses and always answers his phone, unlike many other lenders I have worked with. Need a lender? He’s your guy!
