  Burt Hoagland was so pleasant to work with. He found the loan that fit our situation best. He patiently walked us through everything and helped us understand all things. He was very prompt in getting our loan through. He came to our home to get the paperwork done. He was at the closing to help us through it.We felt like we had a new friend through the whole process.   Hi, I enjoyed my experience however as many people know gathering all the needed documents can be a bit of a hassle and having limited options by Intercap Lending in providing them makes it more difficult. With all this being said the person we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. They where considerate of our time and even met me at a location that worked for us! Thus the 5 star.

  Just refinanced with Intercap Lending Inc. They notified the credit bureaus prior to my first payment that I was 30 days late on my payment! It caused a HUGE drop in my credit rating which I have protected for the past 50+ years! Their website shows that I was NOT late on my payment and that in fact I am current on my payments. Am waiting for Intercap Lending's response...

  If I could give 100 stars I would.. I had such a wonderful experience working with Intercap Lending!! Anytime I had any questions they were there after hours or on the weekend great communication and follow up they kept me informed every step my refinance went so smoothly and quickly I highly recommend them!!

  We have done several refinances as well as original mortgages with InterCap and Matt Atkinson‘s team. Can’t rate them highly enough (6 of 5 stars). Excellent customer support, above and beyond at finding appropriate mortgage packages, and easy to work with. They have saved us tens of thousands of dollars in closing costs and long-term financing.

  Jena Flowers was amazing. I only had to go in once to apply and once to close. She got me the best rate and did a phenomenal job with my complicated probate issues and re-finance. Go see her! Shes awesome!
