  Matt and his team are the best of the best. They are very straight forward and detailed oriented. My husband and I have done business with Matt for many years and through many real estate transactions. Even the most complicated loans have gone through without a hitch.   Not only do I work with Matt as a Real Estate Agent but he handles all my personal purchases/refinances. I recently finalized 3 refinances with him. I am a self-employed Realtor and getting me qualified is a chore. He has given me so many solid gold nuggets over the years I wouldn't go anywhere else. His mindset is about 20 levels above your standard competent loan officer.
