  We accepted an offer on our home that was much lower than what Sue had told us less than two weeks prior. When she presented it we were told it was a good offer when the amount she suggested was 85k higher. When we asked her to do an open house she said, “We can but it’ll be disappointing.” We took the offer because we were moving out of state but it was a rough process with a difficult buyer and was not made any easier by the realtor that we were paying.

  My sister and I used Sue as our realtor and found her to be very professional and very responsive. It was my sister's first time purchasing a home, thus there were many questions to be asked but Sue was extremely patient and took the time to provide thorough answers. I would recommend Nicosia realty to anybody shopping for a home in the interlocken area. Sue really knows her stuff, has been doing this a long time, and earned my trust early on.

  Sue Nicosia should have been named Karen. Unprofessional on all levels. I find it amazing anyone can complete a purchase here with Century 21 nearby.

  Found the house we really wanted, contacted Sue on a Saturday night, she responded to us on Sunday with lots of good information. Went to look at the property on a Sunday afternoon and fell in love with it. Contacted Sue and she said it was available and asked us if we wanted to make an offer, which we said yes and made our offer. She said that sounded great and she would make the verbal offer to the owner and let us know. .This was on Sunday evening, thought we really had found a great realtor to work with us even on a Sunday evening. Then at six o'clock on Monday morning got a text telling me the house was no longer available and was under contract to someone else. Supposedly one of her associates had made an offer to the seller and in the middle of the night had been accepted without her knowledge by the seller. I just can't believe a Broker has an associate taking offers on properties and sending them to the seller without the broker knowing about it. Not very professional service to tell us it is available, take our offer and then a few hours later tell us, by text, that she is sorry but someone else bought it.

  Hi called Noscia Realty, as I was looking for a second home. Sue and I talked about a listing she had on Union Ave. I put in an offer, but owner accepted another offer. When Sue called me to tell me our offer wasn't accepted, she didn't ask if I was still interested in looking at more properties, she just dismissed me because I didn't buy her listing. She mentioned during our conversations, that if the propertyneeded tie downs, she knew someone that did the job for a lot less than most people. I found another realtor, who is the best realtor I have ever worked with, who found me a property I am buying. The property needs tie downs, so I called Sue to see if she could go e me the name of the person she knows, when she looked up the property I am buying , she said that is under contract. I said I know, I am buying it. Her tune sure changed when she found out she wouldn't have a listing, said yeah sure, I will look up the information and get back to you. Been 3 days, still waiting!!! So happy I didn't have to deal with her many more than I did.
