  I would not recommend. We had an issue with a satisfaction of mortgage not being filed, so Gullet title said sorry we can't help you. We went with Guardian Title out of Jacksonville, they went the extra mile and found the info we needed within a week.

  We tried very hard to locate your Satisfaction of Mortgage which come to find out was never recorded anywhere in the State of Florida. We spent many hours trying to assist you with no charge. We are glad you were able to find someone that could locate who could sign your Satisfaction of Mortgage.

  I was running late because of being at the bank. Gillette understood & waited. When I got there I was made to feel welcome, everything about the closing, fees etc was explained to me. I was given a copy of everything I signed & had to do with the closing on my new property. I highly recommend Gillette Title Inc. in Interlachen, Florida.

  Had some paperwork to do. The facility was very comfortable. Very nice atmosphere, comfortable and plenty snacks while waiting. Employees were very nice and made our business easy and fast. It was a very good experience ☺️☺️

  WOW, Gullett Title in Interlachen FL, is a great business. Ms. Gail took care of everything I needed done without any problems. I was very pleased with the way she took care of all the paperwork and explained everything to a "T". She wouldn't let us sign anything until we felt completely comfortable with the mortgage provisions. I'm so glad we picked this company to do our closing. Thank you.

  All closing paper signed but they said the wire transfer from the lending company did not come in so we just signed our house over with no money bad play

  We apologize you had to wait a little over 2 hours on the buyers lenders funds to come through, it was their policy that they do not send the wire until after they review the signed closing documents. We had no control over this issue.
