  This company will not work with you. I went thru financial hardship, missed 4 payments and got the vehicle repossessed. They told me i had 30 days to bring the balance or I will lose the vehicle, but what they really did was sell the vehicle at an auction and gave me the remaining balance to pay. They then opened up a court case against me and i never even knew it. Judgment went to default due to me not even being there and now $1,700 from what I owed them turned into $7,300!!! This company is crooked!!!! They just filed a motion to have to try and have my wages garnished!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and this company only cares about themselves. I do not recommend this company!

  Easily the worst finance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They put our vin number in their system wrong, so we kept getting letters about needing to provide proof of insurance on our Nissan Altima. We don’t own a Nissan Altima, we own a Honda Civic. They advised us to ignore the letters. The 2nd payment, they took $125 away from what should have gone to the principal balance to pay for “forced placed insurance” on our Nissan Altima that we don’t own. After being bounced around all over the company and not getting anywhere, we were finally advised that the issue would be corrected and the $125 would be credited to the principal, where it should have gone in the first place. I called another finance company the same day because I had enough, and refinanced the car after just 2 months with Nicholas Financial, for half the interest rate. When the new finance company called to get a payoff quote, they told them the vin didn’t match and that we own a Nissan Altima. They never credited the money back to the principal and gave a payoff quote that was over $300 higher than what we owed on our car (the Honda Civic for those keeping up at home). We got a check back for only $23, and they spelled my husband’s name wrong on it. We received a letter about a week ago stating the “forced placed insurance” was canceled on our Nissan Altima because our loan is paid in full. Not because we don’t own a Nissan Altima, but because our loan for our Honda Civic is paid in full. I feel bad for whoever actually owns the Altima. What a way to do business!
